Speed losses at Sea Level (0 m) height are:

for 3 racks with auxiliary tanks Δ V = 36 mph (58 km/h)

for 3 racks with auxiliary tanks and a 551 lb. (250 kg) bomb Δ V = 45 mph (73 km/h)

In
operational condition d), with tanks and bombs, the absolute level
speeds are approximately equal to the values that were obtained for the
fighter bomber with the large Ju-87 tank fairing (275 mph to 277 mph) (442 km/h to 445 km/h), while the return flight condition b) without tanks or any bomb, No. 619 is better regarding speed (306 mph to 293 mph) (492 km/h to 471 km/h).
A comparison with the planned Fw-rack for 551 lb. (250 kg) bomb can only follow after first converting it to an auxiliary tank rack.

In
contrast to the bare Ju 87 rack, a degradation of flying qualities is
not experienced by installing the ETC 501 under the wings.
Aileron flutter was not observed.
