Condition:Engine BMW 801 D 2/304951
Prototype for A-6 production.
Tight engine cowl.
Split flaps.
Actuating inner wheel doors.
Armament: 2 MG 17, MG 4 151 without ammunition.
MG 151 - hatches.

Program:General check of the flight characteristics and determination of level speeds after installing an MG 151 in each wing instead of the MG FF.

Results:With respect to flight characteristics, no differences were noticed due to the slightly modified external form (different hatch under the wing) compared to A-5 production aircraft. The level speeds obtained at combat power are shown on the attached graph with ram pressure calibration taken into account. The values obtained lie within the usual limits for the 190 A-5 without ETC 501, so that the acceptance flight report the betr. Serie can be accepted without change for the 190 A-6.
